Tax Forms
The library orders quantities of the basic federal forms from the IRS. These are available to you at no cost. Please note that the Iowa Department of Revenue is no longer providing paper forms for libraries to distribute. You can download and print your own Iowa forms or federal forms. (Printing from library computers costs 10¢ per page.) You may also call the state of Iowa at 1-800-532-1531 and ask them to mail the forms to your home.

Available to individuals with low to moderation incomes at the following locations:

The Salvation Army (Waterloo)
207 Logan Ave entrance
Operates Monday and Wednesday-(walk-ins only Feb. 4th-April 15th)
Cedar Falls Community Center
528 Main St
Operates Tuesday and Thursday-(appointment only Feb. 5th-April 11th)
Starting January 14th, appointments will be taken for the above identified locations and dates. For more information or to set-up an appointment, call (319)272-2250
| In case of inclement weather, it is your responsibility to call the RSVP office (272-2250) after 7AM the day of your appointment to confirm if the tax assistance program will be operating at your appointment time/location. Unless the message states differently, the tax assistance program is operating. In addition to weather-related cancellations, it is also your responsibility to contact RSVP to re-schedule your appointment. Thank-you. |
