Bob Welch presents "Songs of the Civil War - Johnny Reb & Billy Yank," a program of music, history, and storytelling.  His program has the endorsement of the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission in Washington, DC and has been performed at many locations, including Historic Fort Snelling in St. Paul, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, IL, and the American Civil War Museum in Gettysburg.
