Nielo is self-taught musician and songwriter from Port-de-Bouc near Marseille in southern France.  North African culture and music helped him discover the Algerian Mandole – an instrument which has a resonating sound given depth by four sets of double strings.  More than a musician, he is a genuine performer whose solo repertoire includes a wide range of lyrical themes: homelessness, social movements, love, and adventure.  A captivating, unique artist, Nielo creates an inviting musical experience.
